CRHS’ Social Services Department aids patients in overcoming the socioeconomic factors that undermine health.

CRHS' Case Managers assist patients with obtaining services, including:

• Aid with applications to federal and District assistance programs

• Connecting patients to child support resources

• Referrals for assistance with legal matters

• Facilitation of communication between families and school guidance
  counselors

• Referrals to parenting classes and family therapy

• Translation services for off-site medical appointments and hospital visits
