CRHS patients are assigned to a medical team consisting of a medical provider and medical assistants who ensure that they receive comprehensive care, including:
• Primary and preventive health care
• Management of chronic health conditions
• Health education and case management services
• School physicals and developmental assessments
• Screening and treatment for anemia, lead poisoning, and sexually transmitted diseases for CRHS patients
• Treatment of acute illness and injury
• Referrals for specialty care and low- or no-cost hospital admissions
for the uninsured
• Physician on-call when the clinic is closed
• Assistance obtaining free or low-cost medications
• Subsidized laboratory work
• Free immunizations through the District’s Vaccines for Children Project
Psychiatric Services
CRHS provides psychiatric services to help our patients manage mental health problems and severely disabling issues that impact every area of life. Providers can refer patients to CRHS' psychiatrist for:
