Meet Our Patients

In 2009, CRHS saw 4,986 patients of all ages and provided them with 18,317 medical visits,
1,031 mental health counseling visits, and 3,612 social services visits.

• Mengistu and Lielit, an Ethiopian couple who joined the Diabetes Collaborative
• Miguel, an elderly Salvadoran whom a case manager helped to apply for Medicaid
