At CRHS, we believe that small, daily choices outside the walls of a doctor’s office are critical for one’s health and well-being. Thanks to a grant from the Association of American Medical Colleges, CRHS can help our patients learn about easy steps to stay healthy in ways relevant to patients’ lives. We offer a bilingual class two times a week for patients to do gentle exercise together and to learn about the important everyday changes one can make to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. If you are a Unity patient interested in joining this program, you may find information about the program here in English or in Spanish. We thank community partners such as Sarah's Circle and Yoga Activist for extending the valuable institutional support that has made this program possible.
