If you plan to make a donation to support Columbia Road Health Services, here's a tip:  You may be able to double (or even triple) the impact of your support -- if your employer matches gifts to CRHS!  Over 1,000 parent companies match charitable gifts and yours may be one of them.

Here are a few simple steps you can take to double or triple the value of your recent gift to CRHS:

• Check with your company to see if it is one of many that match employee contributions to nonprofit organizations.
• Pick up a matching gift form from your local human resources department.
• Fill out and sign the employee section of the matching gift form.
• Send your matching gift form to:

CRHS will process your matching gift form and send it to your employer.  Your employer sends its matching gift donation directly to CRHS.  (Note: Different employers may have varying procedures.  Make sure you confirm these steps with your employer.)
